Consta de tres habitaciones amplias y cómodas, un patio interior, un balcón y una terraza. Su ubicación es excelente, rodeado de servicios turísticos como restaurantes, bares y actividades de ocio.

Esta villa del siglo XIII está ubicada en las afueras de Sant Llorenç des Cardassar y cuenta con 3 amplias y acogedoras habitaciones con capacidad para 6 personas. Además, dispone de una piscina exterior de 35m2 con zona chill out, un porche completamente equipado, mesa de ping pong, jardín mediterráneo y barbacoa al aire libre.

Highly recommend this hotel! Very personal approach, beautifully designed rooms, and a fresh and healthy breakfast. The village is cute to spend 1/2 nights as well.

At the beginning of August I stayed in this unique gem with my daughter.Located in a small, quiet village, this is a perfect location to enjoy the beauty that Mallorca has to offer and, above all, to relax.We were warmly welcomed and shown the way.Beautiful large rooms (with an excellentAir conditioning), the communal areas are so authentic (be sure to check the 'details': very nice floors, beautiful doors, original swimming pool & rooftop, and a very cozy courtyard where breakfast can also be had.Breakfast that is varied, fresh and more than sufficient and prepared with the necessary care.Head to Mallorca! This is where you need to be!

What a lovely, little hotel it is. Our room was so pretty, the breakfast was just yummy, you can get freshly made egg dishes on top. The atmosphere is very pretty. And Most important, Silvia brings the love and warmth to the house! We couldnt ask for more! Thank you so much

Can Pocovi is a charming hotel that perfectly blends comfort and style. I loved the beautiful old tiles that add character to the place. The room was incredibly comfortable, and the facilities were top-notch. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the staff was friendly and attentive. A great stay overall!

We loved the old character of the mansion was stunningalong with the modernist pool/roomsThe roof top pool area, with a honest bar/fridge where we were allowed to put our own drinks in to keep cool was a bonus.Location was absolutely perfect, local amenities, friendly locals in a nice little quiet part of Mallorca.Great bus routes to nearby towns.Carolina & Silvia were absolutely amazing, very welcoming, helpful made us feel at home.Maybe more of selection of fruits and different flavours of yogurt to add to the amazing buffet breakfast.No bin in the room.No cushions on the roof top chairs.WiFi kept on disconnecting.

We spent four nights at the beginning of June in this wonderful hotel. This historic building has been tastefully and carefully renovated into a charming boutique hotel. It’s inspiring to see the new life breathed into the space, and it’s exciting to see the hotel expanding into another building right across the garden. The place is impeccably clean and well-maintained. The hosts are extremely friendly and accommodating.We loved our breakfasts in the garden and enjoyed morning coffee in the sun on the peaceful rooftop. The buffet offers a decent selection of local products with daily variations, and you can also order freshly prepared eggs made with a smile by Silvia. In the evening, you can enjoy the tranquility of the rooftop, have a drink, or simply relax in the quietness.The rooms are modern, spacious, and clean. Sant Llorenç des Cardassar is ideally located on the island, making it a great starting point for exploring the eastern side of the area. We will fondly remember our holiday and hope to return soon, perhaps to the new part of the hotel. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Simply spectacular. My partner and I spent two nights in this accommodation and we can only say that it was incredible. The self-check-in process is a very good option, you enter with the code that they previously provide you and when you arrive you collect the key from reception and... that's it! The facilities are new, maintaining the essence and style of a typical Majorcan house. Highlight Silvia's treatment. She has been super kind, friendly and attentive at every moment, especially at breakfast, where she prepares whatever you need. We were able to meet the management on the last day and the truth is that they were also super friendly and attentive, explaining a little about the history of the hotel and its origins, which has been very interesting. As soon as we can, we will stay again without a doubt. Recommended 120% hehe

When a hotel has a solid 5/5, you expect something special. And it is actually very special: the attention to detail in the furnishings, modern but individually designed rooms and bathrooms in an old, beautiful city villa with flair and history, a beautiful garden with various secluded places, a unique pool on or on a chilled roof terrace and the lovely boss Carolina, who makes the stay unforgettable. Thanks to the good soul Silvia, the breakfast is not only varied and delicious, but also always fun. Everything is fresh and regional, egg dishes are also freshly prepared depending on your wishes and choice.It should also be noted that, on the one hand, there is a fairly extensive supply of drinks in the house against a trust fund and that several very good restaurants can be found in a very small area.We felt very comfortable here, thank you for the wonderful stay and will definitely come back!

This place is absolutely gorgeous. The house itself renovated to modern-day but keeping the old style as well, the beautiful garden, amazing service and attention from people working there and the rooftop and swimming pool are just the icing on the cake. Breakfast has a lot of different options and the scrambled eggs are really delicious. I will definitely coming back! The little town is very beautiful too and quiet. There are so small restaurants nearby and walking at night is just magical. Congrats to the team!

We loved our stay here! Amazingly designed, with spacious, clean and characterful rooms. All the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The outside space was very pretty, particularly the rooftop terrace with a bar and swimming pool - great place to go for evening drinks and watch sunset. We rented a car and so were well located for driving north or south of the island. I would also recommend the restaurant Es Pati which is a 2 minute walk from the hotel with a 6 course set menu that was absolutely delicious.
